I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with Jim Kerr and the work he did at my home.
From start to finish Jim was professional, thorough, understanding, willing to listen and very considerate of our family’s needs, Most of my satisfaction with Jim stems from the fact that I had my 6-month old daughter at home while Jim was working. He was patient with my bringing him to Home Depot with us; he talked to her and was careful with his noise and understanding of her needs while working (even though she was screaming instead of falling asleep.) I was especially happy with the fact that he anticipated her being asleep when he returned from lunch and knocked very lightly at the door. That goes above and beyond the call of duty.
As far as Jim’s work ethic, he did a very neat, clean and good job in installing bath a water purifier in the kitchen and vent fan in the bathroom. Some servicemen’s jobs look slapped together, but Jim’s work is very professionally executed and I am grateful for that as I am such a detail oriented person and he is the same way in his workmanship.

Jim Kerr is the type of craftsman you’d be proud to see at your door.
As a second time workman in my home, Jim has again shown professionalism in his work as well as compassion for my wallet. He was on time, worked efficiently—and took the time to explain his recommended steps to fix a broken pipe, showing me the problem with before and after results.
Jim was in my home about a year ago repairing other items. At the end of the job he thoughtfully offered a tip on how to prevent dangerous mold in the crawl space.
I couldn't ask for a better serviceman than Jim Kerr! I would highly recommend him for similar repairs.

I just wanted to write to you about the wonderful job that Jim Kerr did on installing my two ceiling fans that were by the way installed on vaulted ceilings!
He was very neat and clean and left no mess to be picked up. Not to mention that he was very organized in what needed to be done. Not only did he install the fans perfectly but installed 3 dimmer switches in the same nature.
Jim was a very nice and respectful and was very informative on the job that he was doing.
I certainly will use your company in the future and even ask for Jim himself (if he’s available) Not only was the job completed correctly, the price for the work was on the dot and in my budget!

Jim Kerr installed some attic stairs and some lighting for me on May 11 and 12th. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up all the saw dust which I have had contractors leave in the past. He took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and how to store my storage so not too much weight would be put in one place. I am very impressed with Jim and will use him again.

On June 22, Jim Kerr came to my home for several different jobs. I showed him what I was having Trouble with, and after some quick checks, he provided various options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. My outside water faucets didn’t need replacing as I thought, only some tightening. As for my attic, he recommended adding an attic fan instead of several wind turbines that I had thought of.
I was extremely impressed with Mr. Kerr’s professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to cover his shoes before entering my home each time to ensure no outside dirt was brought in onto the carpets. It’s his attention to detail that impressed me with Mr. Kerr. In my 17+ years of home ownership, I’ve never before had the desire to write a thank you letter to a company to praise one of their employees.
I will request him again for any future jobs that may come along.
